SHIPPING POLICY

UK Mainland Delivery

All orders will be fulfilled and posted within 24 hours of order Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend (as not classed as working days) will be posted on Monday morning. 

All delivery charges are calculated based on weight of the purchase at checkout. UK mainland delivery incurs a minimum postage charge up to 2KG of £3.95.

Please ensure that when placing your order, all details are correct and that your delivery information is correct. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of order due to incorrect shipping details. We are not required to issue a refund for any missing parcels as a result of customer error. 

Your items should be delivered within 2-3 days from receiving confirmation of your order's dispatch by email. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel it will be held at your local sorting office. Please be aware - if your parcel is not collected in the allotted time and is returned to us as a result you will be held responsible for the cost of redelivery. 

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch please let us know by email at info@katyjamesdesigns.com including "postage" followed by your order number in the email subject heading, as we are able to track the parcel through our system. 

We cannot guarantee timescales for delivery during busy periods such as National Holidays. Please ensure that you order with time to spare as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are not delivered on time during these periods. Deliveries on bank holidays also cannot be guaranteed - please expect your delivery to resume on the next working day.

International Delivery

Please ensure that when placing your order, all details are correct and that your delivery information is correct. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of order due to incorrect shipping details. We are not required to issue a refund for any missing parcels as a result of customer error. 

Your items should be delivered within 14 days from receiving confirmation of your order's dispatch by email. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel it will be held at your local sorting office. Please be aware - if your parcel is not collected in the allotted time and is returned to us as a result you will be held responsible for the cost of redelivery. 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please be aware that the estimated delivery times may be affected by customs if there is a delay in clearance. Unfortunately, we cannot predict these charges, If you would like further information on estimated cost and advice we recommend that you contact your local customs office

Return & Exchange Policy

We do hope that your products arrive safely and that you love them when they do, however, we know there may be some instances where a product needs to be returned. 

If your product has been used we will not be able to offer a refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of the return of an item unless it has arrived broken. If you need to return an item we strongly suggest that you use a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. 

We will not cover the cost of any return from any country other than the UK Mainland.

Please email info@katyjamesdesigns.com with "return" followed by your order number as the subject heading and include in the email your reason for return. You will then be issued with return instructions.
